2215 Western Ohio Avenue has been our home for the last 18 years. We've raised our children here and have hosted dozens of family gatherings over the years, had lots of birthday parties and have created millions of memories here. We're ready for somone else to enjoy it and make memories of their own. Purchased in 2008 for $85k, we've put many, many updates into it over the years. At the time it was all original paneling and drop ceiling. We've modernized the whole thing with new wooden walls led lighting and carpet. We also had a new drainage system put in to help keep it dry. All appliances are included as well as the riding lawnmover. Included in the sale will be a Shield Complete Plan from American Home Shield. It's not perfect, but it's been great for us and now someone else can enjoy all of the updates we've done.
