Adah is a 2000 graduate of Ohio Northern University's College of Business.  After graduating she developed her skills of marketing, management and an overpowering passion to make an impact where she works and lives. Adah went on to make an impact at the Lima/Allen County Chamber of Commerce with the Lima Young Professionals, Allen Lima Leadership and Community Relations and Programs for the Chamber and then with Coleman Services of Allen, Auglaize and Hardin Counties.  Adah now uses her skills to positively impact the clients of Schrader Realty.

Adah has a passion to make a positive impact on everyone she meets and is very business and community minded and wants to see growth for everyone around her.  She is a proud member of Lima Rotary, West Central Association of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors and serves as an ambassador for the Lima Allen County Chamber of Commerce and Education Coordinator for BNI New Vision Chapter.  Don’t be surprised if you see her volunteering in her spare time.

She is a Beatles and shoe fanatic, and is dedicated to working out every day!  Adah’s greatest position though, is being the proud mother of Emma, Haley, and Owen.
