My Name is Sarah Rhinesmith, I am a Defiance native that has lived and worked in the Delphos area for over 25 years.  I’ve worked in Real Estate since 1999.  Years ago, I started as a title abstractor, loan processor and closer for a local company when the housing market was very different.  I’ve been through the ups and downs of the market since then and I have acquired the knowledge and experience under my belt that use to help my clients!
