He gave us his honest opinion and when I saw a house and I just knew I didn't want it and I said No he said okay he didn't try to push the house on us. My husband and I work all day and we are not able to look at house till really late in the afternoon and that didn't bother him a bit he was very excited and kind to meet us anywhere at any time. I bought my first house with Schrader Realty, but my third with Leslie Schoenle. Leslie was a huge part of being able to find the right homes for me. Leslie has always been super patient, super kind, and extremely knowledgeable. With this past purchase I made it did take some time. I was originally in line to buy a different property and had all sorts of difficulties but even with all the problems Leslie was able to steer me in a good direction at every impasse. Eventually I turned down that property do to structural issues with the home that my inspector had found. With disappointment hanging over me Leslie found a diamond in the rough. She kept looking and searching for a home that would fit all my needs WITHIN budget and I couldn’t be happier with how this process went. Leslie has always been able to answer any question I have had even if she doesn’t know right away, she always finds the answer. She gives knowledgeable advice not on just buying and selling a home but, can recommend paint or talk to you about possibly putting in a fence, and everything that comes with not just a house but a home. I am a first time home buyer who had no idea what it was going to take to buy a home. I also was on a time crunch as I was renting 40 minutes from my job and my lease was about to expire.
