Hello. I am a 2009 graduate of Delphos St. Johns. I continued my education at University of Northwestern Ohio, graduating in 2011 with an Associate’s Degree in Diesel Technology. In 2019, after studying at Hondros College of Business, I received my Ohio Real Estate License and am very happy to be joining the Schrader Realty team! I am also a licensed auctioneer! 

I reside outside of Delphos and am married to my wife Hannah. We are kept busy with their 2 sons & 1 daughter and German Shepherd. Collin is also a farmer, following in his ancestors’ footsteps.

Aside from farming, I have many hobbies including riding ATV’s, remodeling homes, and taking care of his rental properties. I strive to be the best I can be in any situation. I am ready to help future clients purchase or sell their home, rental, or farm and give them the best experience and customer service in doing so.
