Hello there! My name is Niki McCune, my progression into real estate actually came very natural to me! I purchased my own home seven years ago and just fell in love with...well...everything! Even after closing and everything was said and done I found myself on all the Real Estate sites STILL hunting! Any time I'd see a for sale sign, I'd hop on an app and look at what the price was, the layout, square footage, etc. just for the sheer enjoyment of it. After years of wishing I could be a part of the industry, I finally attended Hondros College of Business for Real Estate!

 

I am what some like to call a "Jane of all trades".  After I purchased my own home I fell in love with remodeling, reno, and contracting. I'm a big DIY'er so remodeling my own house over the years has allowed me to gain knowledge in contracting, electrical, plumbing, as well as the design side. My Fiancé has owned McBride Brothers Painting and Wallcovering for over 10 years now, so I also have knowledge in that department. Having this knowledge goes hand in hand when buying or selling a house, so I intend to use it to my advantage to make clients feel at ease. Because of my passion for the industry as a whole, I'm not just here for a paycheck, I'm here for the people! There's nothing I love more than seeing people happy and successful! 

I am a Spencerville native, and have lived everywhere from Spencerville, to St. Marys, to Delphos, and now currently reside in the Elida/Lima area with my Fiancé, son, and our two bulldogs. Living in multiple counties in our area, I feel will give my clients the comfort of familiarity. I'm a HUGE nature/animal nut, so in my spare time you'll find me hiking through the woods, biking through Yellow Springs, camping at Hocking Hills or under the water scuba diving at Whitestar Quarry!
